TERMS OF USE

Cultivator Compass provides garden-planning, recordkeeping, reminder, weather-context, educational, and related tools. You are responsible for the information you enter, the decisions you make from app guidance, and keeping your account credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service unlawfully.
Recommendations may use saved garden information, public weather or agricultural data, seasonal estimates, and automated analysis. Gardening results vary by local conditions. Cultivator Compass does not guarantee plant survival, yield, weather outcomes, pest control results, or the accuracy of third-party data. Verify safety-sensitive pesticide, fertilizer, food-safety, and local regulatory decisions with the applicable product label or authoritative local guidance.
New accounts receive a 14-day trial of the complete app. Creating an account does not by itself schedule an automatic charge. Current pricing is $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Paid billing begins only after you deliberately choose and confirm a plan. Subscription renewal, cancellation, payment-method management, taxes, refunds, and store-specific billing are handled through the billing provider used for the purchase. One Garden Family owner subscription may cover active invited household members under the current household-plan rules.
If a trial or paid entitlement ends, paid gardening functions may become unavailable until access is restored. Cultivator Compass does not delete garden records merely because a subscription lapses. Data may still be deleted through account deletion, user-directed deletion, security or legal requirements, service retirement, or the retention practices described in these Terms and the Privacy & Data Use page.
You retain ownership of garden names, notes, records, photos, plans, and other content you submit. You grant Vaught Family Farm, LLC the limited rights needed to store, process, back up, display to you or authorized Garden Family members, and otherwise operate the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
You are responsible for actions taken through your account. Garden Family owners control household membership and certain shared records. Shared members may be able to view or modify household garden information according to their assigned role. Do not invite people who should not have access to the shared garden workspace.
Features, data sources, integrations, supported devices, pricing, and these Terms may change over time. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this website as appropriate. Continued use after an effective change means the updated Terms apply going forward.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Internet services, third-party providers, weather feeds, app stores, and cloud systems can experience interruptions or errors. Vaught Family Farm, LLC does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vaught Family Farm, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Cultivator Compass, including plant loss, crop loss, missed tasks, device or connectivity issues, or reliance on third-party data.
